How to find your serial number.

The serial number of the C5 or E2 helmet can be found on the ECE label stitched onto the neck strap. To do this, please open the Velcro fastener below the cheek pad on the left in the direction of driving. The 8-digit number can be found under the barcode.

The serial number for C4, C3 PRO and E1 can be found behind the zipper of the neckband.

The serial number for C3, C3 BASIC, S2 SPORT, SR1 / SR2 and R2 can be found on the back of the chinstrap.

The serial number for M1 can be found under the neck pad.

Beim S3 finden Sie die Seriennummer des Helmes auf dem ECE Label, welches am linken Nackenband angenäht ist. Das Nackenband ist beim S3 durch das Wangenpolster gefädelt. Die 8-Stellige Seriennummer finden Sie unter dem Barcode.
